Recently we sold our home in North Vancouver and purchased a home in Nanaimo. The transition had the potential to be very stressful, as neither my wife nor I are very experienced or knowledgeable in the fields of real estate or financing. To make maters worse, we sold our home and bought another within a month, and complicated things further by finalizing the deal on our new home before completion of the old. Along the way we hit many bumps in the road with our bank and with the differing needs of the involved realtors and financial institutions. At every step of the way Kim Vickers and her staff were there, anticipating our needs and solving problems for us quickly and effectively. They were kind enough to take on all aspects of our deal with very little notice, and have made themselves available to us even after our deals have closed answering our questions and wrapping up any loose ends. Kim and her team found oversights in our financing which ended up saving us thousands of dollars, which were never explained to us by our bank, and were beyond our comprehension as inexperienced home buyers. They were never too busy to answer any inquiries we had about anything, and often stayed late making sure that last minute documents were delivered and in order. Kim Vickers and her staff have been the silver lining to what could have been a nightmare, and I could not hold them in higher regard. There has been seemingly no end to their resourcefulness, kindness, or professionalism, and the service which they provided us has been invaluable. I would highly recommend the services of Kim Vickers and her team to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you Kim, Laura, Niki, and Jen
